  2 visits so far. First booking was made online, which they for some reason did not receive, seated us anyway, then sent others away who must have booked because we were sat.
  
  2nd booking, wife and I forced to sit on a table, when we asked to sit next to the window the waitress said we couldn't because they had someone who had 'booked' coming. We ordered starters, which took 40 minutes to arrive. The table behind us had some Chinese (I think) people on who must have waited over an hour for starters, when they tried to attract the attention of the waitress I saw her roll her eyes at them (she was facing away from them but facing me).
  
  A shame, as the food is good, just the organisation is lackluster , unfocused and uncaring.
  
  Recommended, just give yourself lots of time and be prepared for the poor service, certainly from the downstairs area
